Barracuda Swim Team will begin with Try-It-Out Night on September 9th from 5:30 – 6 pm. This is the time for any new swimmer debating whether they would like to try swim team to come and swim a couple of laps and get a ‘feel’ for it. You are welcome to come any time during this 30-minute time frame and are not required to stay the whole time.

A parents’ meeting will be held on September 9th for all swim team parents (new and returning) at 6:30 pm in the Pool Viewing Room here at the Y.

Regular practices will begin on September 16th with practices taking place on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 5:30 – 6:45 pm.

Fees for the season:

Barracudas – $480 There will be $90 due at the time of registration with 6 monthly drafts of $65 happening on the first of the month beginning in October through March.

High School Swim Team – $154 There will be two payments of $77 each; one at the time of sign-up; and one on October 1st via draft.

THE ENTIRE FEE IS DUE IN FULL REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT THE SWIMMER FINISHES THE SEASON OR WHEN THEY SIGN UP.

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE MEMBERS OF THE BEATRICE YMCA.
